Arthur R. Armstrong practices in the areas of commercial litigation and transactional business law. Mr. Armstrong has represented financial institutions, real estate developers, technology companies, and other business entities in litigation matters involving creditors’ rights, corporate governance issues, business torts, commercial and residential property development, consumer protection and various contract disputes. Mr. Armstrong also has experience in real estate transactions and asset acquisitions.
In 2006, Mr. Armstrong graduated from the Temple University Beasley School of Law where he was the recipient of the Albert H. Freidman Award for Best Writing Project in the graduating class. Mr. Armstrong is also a magna cum laude graduate of Saint Joseph’s University and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to joining Deeb Petrakis, Mr. Armstrong worked at a mid-size Philadelphia firm, where he started his career as a summer associate.
