Ashley A. Federer concentrates her practice in the areas of business reorganization and bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, loan restructuring and commercial finance. She routinely represents secured and unsecured creditors in a variety of bankruptcy matters and in state-court actions.

Ms. Federer also represents banks, commercial finance companies and various other non-bank lenders in all aspects of commercial lending, including asset-based financing, real estate acquisition financing, construction financing, general secured financing and loan workouts.
