
A partner in the Business Transaction Group, Mr. Naselsky is known for working with entrepreneurial clients to bring a business idea to fruition, whether in the fields of entertainment, retail, restaurants, banking, equity venture, or gaming companies. His practice focuses on a broad range of corporate finance and real estate functions including development, acquisitions, sales, and finance.
Mr. Naselsky regularly counsels clients on economic development and public sector opportunities, including governmental incentives for business growth and expansion. Recognized for his work in the areas of private fund, equity financing, and joint ventures, Mr. Naselsky counsels clients in the corporate and real estate aspects of the development, structuring and financing of real estate opportunities including the formation of real estate opportunity funds.
Mr. Naselsky is a colleague member of the Community Associations Institute and a former Board Member of the Association’s Delaware Valley Chapter. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and the Urban Land Institute. An executive producer of films, he serves on the Boards of Directors of the Settlement Music School – Mary Louise Curtis Branch, Partners for Civic Pride, and Astral Artists.
