
Christian C. Mattioli practices in the area of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and reorganization, employment law, and tort litigation. Prior to joining Deeb, Petrakis, Blum & Murphy, P.C., Mr. Mattioli worked for an international law firm in Philadelphia as an associate in the commercial litigation department, where he represented domestic and global clients in both state and federal proceedings. He has successfully managed and resolved numerous complex litigation matters, including the representation of an international manufacturer in a conversion and fraudulent transfer claim, and a local medical university in a claim against a software developer for breach of contract. In addition, Mr. Mattioli has developed expertise in Pennsylvania Orphans’ Court practice, as well as claims made under the state’s Wage Collection and Payment Law.
Prior to starting his practice, Mr. Mattioli served as Court Officer for the Honorable Marlene F. Lachman, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Mattioli’s rhetorical skills were honed prior to his legal career while working as a communications professional developing marketing and public relations campaigns for companies and organizations such as the EFK Group, Habitat for Humanity International and Mass Consultants and Services in Kuwait.
A graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, Mr. Mattioli was the 2006 ABA National Criminal Trial Advocacy Champion, and was named Outstanding Advocate and Best Cross-Examination in the competition. He is actively involved in the community, serving as an at-large member of the Board of Directors for Delaware Valley Habitat for Humanity, a member of the Board of Delegates for the International House of Philadelphia, as well as an Adjunct Instructor/Coach for the Advanced Trial Advocacy Program at Temple Law.
